NC Division of MH/DD/SAS disaster response website is basically a link dump--despite the fact that they expect the area programs/LMEs and associated provider networks to respond to local disasters. Thankfully Joanna Forrester is on the job.
NC Office of Public Health Preparedness and Response (PHP&R) has more specific information and links to external sites. PHP&R also trains public health and behavioral health responders to work together.
NC PHP&R training page has many short web courses--some for CE credit.
